What shipping service do you use?
We use an Express Tracked Shipping Service.

You should receive your order within 7 days of it being picked up by the courier here in New Zealand.

Of course issues with customs, delivery service, or even the weather, can cause the shipping process to be extended.
What is the cost of shipping?
We ship every parcel from the workshop here in New Zealand.

International shipping to any country worldwide - $14.95 USD

Domestic shipping within New Zealand - $8.85 USD
Customs Duties And Tax
We are unable to mark the shipping value in items lower than the amount paid. The price you paid when ordering will be the value marked on the package we ship to you.

Any charges or fees you may have to pay to customs in your own country are outwith our control.

We cannot marks ordered items as a "gifts".
Has my order been shipped?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If an order is placed on the weekend, this may take up to 48 hours.
You should receive an email conformation that your order has been picked up by our courier and is on its way to you.

This email will include a tracking number.

Please be aware that tracking information can take up to 24 hours after the parcel being picked up to appear on the tracking website.
Where is my tracking information?
You will receive an email with your tracking details shortly after your parcel has been picked up by our courier.

If you haven't received any tracking details, chances are your parcel hasn't been picked up  yet.

We aim to ship orders the same day they come in. However, weekends, public holidays, and stock levels can affect this. Due to these uncontrollable factors, we advise that your parcel will be shipped within 72 hours of placing your order.

My order is taking longer than it is supposed to. Why?
There are many factors that can slow down the delivery of your parcel. Customs clearance, weather, even your National Postal Service, can cause significant delays. We estimate that all parcels should be delivered two weeks after being picked up here in New Zealand.

If your parcel hasn't been delivered inside this time frame, please check your tracking. This often gives clues as to why your parcel has been delayed.

We don't have a lot of control over shipping delays, however we will do everything we can to make sure your parcel gets to you safely and on time.
