(Ordering, Shipping, Warranty and Refunds)

While most online stores have long "Terms and Conditions" pages ...we both know nobody really reads them.

So I've made it brain-dead-simple...

On this page, and in as few words as possible, I've written pretty much everything you need to know about how we run the Magnus online store. This should hopefully make things super-clear for both of us. But, if you're still unsure about anything, you can email us on our contact page.

Ordering + Shipping

Some products are in stock. These will ship within 48 hours (we are located in New Zealand and so this gives us a bit of room because of the timezone difference).


Some products are partially made and just require finishing and assembly. We typically give these a 7-day timeframe to ship.


Lastly, we also do pre-orders. The shipping times on these are made clear on each specific pre-order ...but it's typically at least a few weeks.


Two important things:


#1 - The shipping timeframe is written near the "Order Now" button on whichever type of sale above you order from

#2 - Here are Magnus we are most definitely not perfect. And, despite our best efforts, we do ship late sometimes (but we're working really hard right now to get on top of this!). If we are going to be late, then I will typically send out an email + blog post to let you know what's happening.

Shipping Method

We like to keep things super simple.


Here's our 3-step, "This Is How We Ship" method:


#1 - We ship to (almost) every country in the world


#2 - We only use DHL Express 3 to 5 Day, Fully Tracked Service


#3 - We charge a flat-rate $14.95 to every country


Important: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. It must be a physical address you enter when ordering.

Warranty

This is fairly easy to explain:


All our products are 100% guaranteed against any manufacturing or design defects. We will replace (or refund) your product in this situation.


Please note:


Here at Magnus we are constantly improving and upgrading the design of our products. And, as a result, we are often releasing the "New and Improved" versions. A new, improved design does not mean the old design was defective ...it's just that we managed to improve on that previous design.

Refunds

If you're not happy with your product when you received it, then we understand.


We are happy to refund with no-questions-asked within 7 days of you receiving it. We cannot refund the original shipping cost. It will also be your responsibility to return the product to us at your cost.
